Who we are

Rutino is a daily routines and missions app designed for neurodivergent children, used by families and therapists. This policy describes what data we collect, what we use it for, and who we share it with.

Data we collect

• Family and therapist accounts: name, email, password (encrypted).
• Child profile: name, avatar, missions, rewards, daily streak, and progress history.
• Clinical data (when a therapist is connected): notes, therapeutic goals, and sessions, visible only to accounts the family authorizes.
• Voice audio: when the voice command or WhatsApp feature is used, audio is processed for transcription and is not stored permanently. It is never used to train AI models — we always use the paid tier of the Google Gemini API, which by contract does not reuse input data.
• WhatsApp number: if an admin or therapist links their WhatsApp to add missions by message, we store that number associated with their account.
• RutinoGO device data (if applicable): device identifier, connection status, firmware version.

What we use this data for

Solely to run the product: showing and managing the child's missions, calculating rewards and streaks, enabling communication between family and therapist, and replying to WhatsApp messages when that feature is enabled. We do not sell data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Who we share data with

We use the following providers to operate the service, each with only the minimum access needed:

• Google (Gemini API, paid tier): voice transcription and audio/text response generation.
• Meta (WhatsApp Cloud API): only if the admin or therapist enables the WhatsApp integration.
• Railway and Cloudflare: app hosting and file storage (e.g. generated audio).
• Resend: transactional emails (invitations, notifications).
• Stripe: payment processing, where applicable.

Children's data

Rutino is meant to be used by children under the supervision of a responsible adult (parent or guardian), who creates and manages the child's profile. We do not collect direct contact information from the child (email, phone), and access to their information is limited to the accounts the family explicitly authorizes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your account's or family's data at any time by writing to contacto@rutino.kids. You can also delete a child's profile directly from the admin panel.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. If we make a significant change, we'll notify active accounts by email.
